KfW acquires TenneT Germany stake for €3.3bn

The German government, through Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), today [3 February 2026], announced the acquisition of 25.1% stake in transmission system operator (TSO) TenneT Germany for €3.3 billion.
