Norway's Norad has granted DTEK Renewables NOK 5.5 million (£0.428m €0.491m) to advance Ukraine's largest planned wind farm, the 650MW Poltavska Wind Power Plant, as land acquisition delays put the project's 2028 completion target at risk.
