CapEx for Total JV’s 1.5GW UK offshore wind tops £6bn; MUFG advising on AR8 contingent debt package

The delivery cost for the 1.5 GW Outer Dowsing offshore wind farm in UK waters has ballooned to just over £6 billion, with developers looking to raise a large chunk of that as project finance debt, according to sources familiar with the deal.
