GIP logs FC on 976MW PPA backed German offshore wind with €2.1bn in debt; 16 lenders

Global Infrastructure Partners owned Skyborn Renewables and JV partner, today [11 September 2026], logged financial close on its 976.5MW Gennaker offshore wind farm in German waters having secured a €2.1 billion debt package from a club of 16 lenders.
