Enpal and M&G launch €700m warehouse for residential solar and heat pumps

Enpal has partnered with M&G to launch a €700 million asset-backed securities (ABS) warehouse that will finance the roll-out of residential solar and heat pump systems through its embedded payment model. The structure will be backed by €600 million in senior funding from a syndicate of international banks and is designed to support Enpal’s capital efficient growth strategy.
