TotalEnergies has agreed the sale of a 50% stake in its 604MW renewables portfolio in Portugal to a consortium comprising MM Capital Partners 2 Co. Ltd., Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure Co. Ltd., and Mizuho Leasing Co. Ltd.
