Sumitomo buys into Estonian offshore wind rights, preps for April subsidy auction

Sumitomo Corporation has agreed to acquire a 50% equity stake in rights to develop a 1GW offshore wind farm in Estonia from Enefit Green. The developers are prepping for a bid in the country's inaugural offshore wind subsidy tariff auction set to be launched in April.
