Greenvolt divests wind and solar portfolio in Spain

Greenvolt Group (Greenvolt), part of the KKR portfolio, has agreed to sell a 231MW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Spain to Transiziona, a renewable integration platform owned by White Summit Capital.
