Estonia’s offshore wind subsidy tender plans in limbo, gov reiterates support for onshore wind

The Estonian government has failed to reach a consensus on the planned offshore wind subsidy auction and has readjusted its focus to onshore wind instead, in an unexpected move which has thrown the planned April [2025] tender in limbo.
