Actis infra fund invests $524m to expand Brazilian transmission platform

Actis has acquired two sets of assets for an enterprise value of $524 million (£388m €460m), through its Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2 (ALLIF2) Brazilian electricity transmission platform Skyline.
