ZE PAK locks in PLN 2.3bn debt for Polish gas plant, Siemens on EPC

Polish utility, ZespoL Elektrowni Patnow-Adamow-Konin (ZE PAK Group), has secured PLN 2.26 billion (£0.45bn €0.513bn) for a 560MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) plant in Turek, Poland.
