Gresham House Energy Storage Fund has closed £141 million (€163m $190m) of senior project finance debt for a 397MW UK battery storage portfolio, covering the Cockenzie, Monet’s Garden and Elland 2 projects, alongside separate equity investment from strategic partner Sumitomo Corporation as the assets advance towards 2027 grid connection.
