TotalEnergies moves 1.5GW French offshore wind project into permitting

TotalEnergies has moved its 1.5GW Centre Manche 2 offshore wind project in Normandy, France, into permitting after project company Centre Manche Energies filed the single authorisation application for the €4.5 billion (£3.9bn $5.22bn) development off the Baie de Seine.
