While the UK continues to be seen as a market-leading country, momentum is growing across Europe. Germany's PPA market is widely expected to realise its full potential in 2024. Spain and Italy are both seen as offering a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Sector-wise, an increase in PPAs for hybrid and co-located BESS, and hydrogen projects is expected throughout 2024.
