OCI Energy and Arava Power close $394m construction financing for solar project in Texas

OCI Energy and Arava Power have closed construction financing led by ING Capital for the $394 million (£292m €334m), 347MW Project SunRoper solar build in Wharton County, Texas, backed by a 20 year power purchase agreement and targeting commercial operation in Q3 2027.
