Greenvolt sells 253.1MW Romanian wind project to ENGIE for €472.3m

Greenvolt Group has agreed to sell a 253.1MW onshore wind project in Romania to ENGIE Romania in a transaction valued at €472.3 million (£415m $553m). The project, located in Ialomita County in south eastern Romania, is currently under construction by Greenvolt Power and is expected to be completed in 2027.
