EBRD and IFC seek €250m for 258MW Ukraine wind build-out

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) are structuring a syndicated loan facility of up to €250 million (£216m $291m) to finance the construction of two onshore wind projects in Ukraine with a combined capacity of 258MW.
