1 year delay for Norway’s first offshore wind farm; setback reignites project viability concerns

The Norwegian Ministry of Energy (Energidepartementet) has approved a one-year delay to the submission of the planning application for the proposed 1.5GW Sørlige Nordsjø II offshore wind farm to allow developer to conduct a comprehensive technical and design studies.
