Netherlands to set aside €1bn for 2GW offshore wind buildout, CfDs from 2027

The Dutch Minister of Climate Policy and Green Growth, Sophie Hermans, is set to propose allocation of €1 billion to help the buildout of 2GW of offshore wind in the near term, while the government works to codify a contract for difference proposal into law by 2027.
