MW Storage NOB GmbH has closed a non-recourse project financing of more than €58 million with sole lender Rabobank for the operational 100MW/200MWh Wunsiedel battery energy storage system in Bavaria — a deal sponsor Reichmuth Infrastructure says is among the first of its kind for utility-scale battery storage in Germany.
