Vineyard Wind sues GE Vernova to block exit from US offshore wind flagship

Vineyard Wind has sued turbine supplier GE Vernova in a Boston court to block it from walking away from the $4.5 billion, 806MW Massachusetts offshore wind project in a dispute over $308 million in withheld payments that threatens the project's financing and its power supply contracts with three Massachusetts utilities.
