YEKA 2026 asks investors to underwrite years of Turkish merchant and currency risk in exchange for something increasingly scarce: pre-allocated land and grid access. If that trade clears, Türkiye's case shifts from renewable-market to renewable-investment-destination — one with headroom across generation, storage and manufacturing that most of Western Europe no longer has.
