Orrön Energy sells 91MW German solar project to Gülermak for up to €5.6m

Stockholm-listed Orrön Energy has sold a 91MW agrivoltaic solar project in eastern Germany to Turkish renewables developer Gülermak Renewables for up to €5.6 million, its third German solar divestment since summer 2025 and part of a broader push to monetise a 6GW greenfield development platform across Europe.
