Macquarie to acquire Iberdrola UK smart meters business for £900m

Macquarie Specialised and Asset Finance (Macquarie) has signed an agreement with Iberdrola for the purchase of its UK smart meters business, SP Smart Meters Asset Limited (SPSMAL) for approximately £900 million (€1.1bn $1.2bn)
