KGAL sells Italian solar asset to Altea Green Power for €17m

Altea Green Power has acquired a 16.75 MW operational solar PV plant in Emilia Romagna, Italy, from KGAL’s ESPF 5 renewable energy fund for about €17 million (£14.7m $19.8m), marking the Italian developer’s first move into direct ownership of utility scale generation assets.
