JPee and Générale du Solaire sign MoU for 1.2GW French renewables merger of equals

French independent producers JPee and Générale du Solaire, backed by Banque des Territoires, have signed a memorandum of understanding for a merger of equals combining more than 1.2GW of operating wind, solar and storage capacity in France and Italy.
