EDP Renewables has agreed to sell a 68MW wind and solar portfolio across Puglia, Basilicata and Campania in southern Italy to Eni Plenitude's PLT Energia for an estimated enterprise value of €150 million, in its latest asset rotation deal, with closing due during 2026.
