Funds managed by UK investment manager Downing have completed the acquisition of Tornionlaakson Voima, owner of a 14MW three-plant hydropower portfolio on the Tengeliönjoki river in Northern Finland, from Tornionlaakson Sähkö and PVO-Vesivoima.
