Ardian to sell 620MW US gas plant to Blackstone for $1bn

Ardian has announced a definitive agreement to sell Hill Top Energy Center, a combined cycle gas turbine facility in Western Pennsylvania, to Blackstone, for nearly $1 billion (£0.736bn €0.85bn).
