Sabanci Renewables secures $533m financing for Texas solar portfolio

Sabanci Renewables has closed a $533 million financing package for the Lucky 7 and Pepper utility scale solar projects in Texas, securing $382m of project finance debt and $151 million of tax equity to advance its ERCOT solar portfolio toward commissioning in 2027.
