Irish data centres shift to energy-led growth 

Dublin’s data centre market is hitting its limits. Structural strengths remain, but growth is now constrained by power, not demand, a pattern mirrored across the FLAP‑D markets. At the same time, new development is being reshaped by one of Europe's most demanding energy requirements, with operators expected to reach 80% renewable electricity use.
